That is the “big, audacious goal” which XLUR8 Educational and Research Foundation, Inc. (XLUR8) is striving to achieve.
XLUR8 Educational and Research Foundation, Inc. (XLUR8) has been organized as a nonprofit corporation in the State of Florida with organizational form and exclusive operational purpose to qualify for IRS 501(c)3 tax exempt status as a publicly supported educational, research, and charitable entity. On November 22, 2013, XLUR8 received from the IRS Form 947 Final Determination Letter recognizing XLUR8 as a Tax Exempt “Public Charity” under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations since our incorporation on March 12, 2012 are fully tax deductible to the extent of the law.
XLUR8 ‘s “Global Ends Statement” is:
“Transitioning and retired US Armed Forces members and their spouses and dependents, senior workforce professionals in declining industries, unemployed persons with non-current workforce skills, and other qualified beneficiaries experience a continually improving standard of living, stability, a sense of community, self-esteem and self-actualization. These Ends will be achieved in a sustainable manner that represents value for the resources invested.”
In short, “Our beneficiaries have the jobs which they want.” Specifically, our vision is 1,500 transitioning and retired U.S. Armed Forces members, and others, have the jobs which they want.
